Bronx Zoo
Annual TALC Bronx Zoo field trip
Families can carpool or caravan. We will meet up at the Asia Parking at 10am and explore the zoo together. Wednesday is the free General Admission day at the zoo so we will only have to pay for the extra exhibits. We will eat lunch together. There are food options available at the zoo or bring a packed lunch.
We will do Jungle World and Wild Asia Monorail then past lions to have lunch at Somba Village with the Baboons. We will continue up to the Congo Gorilla Forest and then onto Mouse House, Butterfly Garden and World of Reptiles. Then up to the Childrens Zoo, Madagascar and Birds of Prey. Hopefully, catch a Sea Lion feeding 3pm or penguin feeding 3:30pm, then Tiger Mountain and back to Asia Parking.
Parking is $17 per car
Bug Carousel, Butterfly Garden, Children's Zoo, Congo Gorilla Forest, JungleWorld, Nature Trek, Wild Asia Monorail, and Zoo Shuttle each have a $6.00 entrance fee with General Admission tickets. It is $14 to upgrade your free General Admission ticket to a "Total Experience Ticket" which includes all the special attractions.
